Overview

MostBet was founded 2009 and apparently operates in 93 countries with over a million customers that place more than 800 thousand bets a day. Those are bold claims but given that they have been operating for over a decade, they might very well have that many customers who place loads of bets.

MostBet is primarily a sports betting site, where special events such as the football World Cup or similar events are featured specifically. They do offer an extensive casino and they even added a poker network since we last checked them out.

So, even if you have never heard of MostBet before, they may just be worth checking out. Read our review of them to find out if that could be the case.

What we like about them

  • Welcomes Indian players and accepts INR as a currency
  • Solid sportsbook
  • Full-service gambling provider
  • Plenty of bonuses and promotions
  • 24/7 customer service

Cons

  • Somewhat cluttered website
  • No live streaming

Safety and Security

MostBet holds a Curacao license, which is not our favourite, but common with international betting sites. We have learned that it is not indicative of how trustworthy a site truly is. Usually, we judge betting sites on their own merit and MostBet has been around since 2009, which not a lot of betting sites can claim. That in itself is a good sign.

Plus, we found that MostBet is generally well-reviewed by similar sites such as ours. Judging by everything we have seen, we consider them safe and secure, and we haven’t seen anything that indicates that they aren’t trustworthy.

Betting and gambling at MostBet

Visiting MostBet takes you to their sportsbook, where you will find the list of sports available for betting on the left-hand side of the screen. There are about 25 sports to bet on as well as a handful of e-Sports. At the top are the most popular sports and as you go further down the list it changes to an alphabetical listing.

That’s where you will find cricket, of course, but also kabaddi and even horse racing. The variety of sports to bet on is certainly good and should cover most interests.

And we were definitely impressed with the coverage of events as well. There is a lot of cricket betting available, from the big tournaments to smaller leagues.

The available betting options certainly depend on the popularity of the sport and the number of events going on at any point during the year, but what we found at MostBet should satisfy any cricket betting fan or those who want to bet on kabaddi or any other sport popular in India.

The odds are generally competitive, which is always a bonus. Plus, there is plenty of live betting here as well. Unfortunately, there seems to be no live streaming.

And though the focus may be on sports betting at MostBet, don’t underestimate the casino they offer. They work with several dozen game providers to supply an excellent library of games, which includes NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil Gaming, Thunderkick, Pragmatic Play and many others we like as well as plenty we haven’t heard of.

Of course, there is also a live casino for you to check out, where you will easily find Andar Bahar and Teen Patti tables alongside classics such as roulette, baccarat, casino poker, blackjack and many others.

And if you’re into live poker, you won’t be disappointed either. Last time we checked out MostBet, they were not quite there yet, but in the meantime they have added a poker network, where you can join tables and play against real people from all over the world.

The only thing that MostBet still doesn’t have much of is jackpot games. They do have a separate section for jackpot games, but it doesn’t hold any of the big titles such as Mega Moolah or Mega Fortune or the like. These games are not available, which is always a disappointment.9

Welcome Offer and Promotions

The bonuses at MostBet are a little confusing. The welcome bonus is listed in the ‘Promotions’ section. New players can claim up to 25,000 INR by making a first deposit of at least 1,000 INR. They’ll receive a 100% or even a 125% match bonus, depending on how much you end up depositing. Additionally, players get 250 free spins, which are given out in instalments of 50 free spins across five days.

The playthrough requirements depend on whether you use the bonus for sports bets or casino games. For sports bets you must wager the bonus funds 5x on accumulator bets and odds of at least 1.40 within 30 days. Or you can wager the bonus funds on casino games, live casino games or virtual games a total of 60x within 7 days to meet the requirements. That’s definitely not easy to achieve.

Further bonuses for free spins or match deposits are available in the ‘Bonuses’ section, though there are plenty of other promotions available as well, including free bets, cashbacks, odds boosts and more.

As always, make sure to read the full terms and conditions before claiming a bonus or joining a promotion.

Payment methods at MostBet

If you scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on FAQ, you will be taken to a help section that also lists available payment methods at MostBet. These include PayTM, GPay, Khalti, ICash and several cryptocurrencies.

Support

For all your questions and problems, you will need to contact customer service. They provide a live chat, which tells you whether someone is online or not (since the customer service is supposedly available 24/7, someone should always be there). Additionally, there’s a support email address and a separate ID email address, where you can send all required documents for the KYC process.

A feedback form can also be found on the website.

As already mentioned, there is no dedicated FAQ or help section, though you can find some important information in “The Rules” section and many terms and conditions are explained in various places around the website.

Whilst the customer service team appears to engage with players in various forums, they are also somewhat tone deaf when it comes to reacting to negative feedback or complaints.

Software

MostBet comes in a rich blue colour with white and grey backgrounds throughout the pages. Whilst not super sleek, the website is modern and pleasant to look at. Links function seamlessly and without a hitch.

Generally, the site is easy to use and you can find most things quickly. However, it is also rather cluttered in places. A tidier interface would have been preferable.

Whilst you can easily access the site through your mobile browser, MostBet also offers downloadable apps for Android and iOS, which you can get directly through their website. Many punters find this useful and it’s certainly great to have this option as well.

Summary

MostBet is a solid sportsbook and online casino, but they can hardly be considered outstanding. You get everything you could ask for your various gambling needs (perhaps poker and jackpot games aside), but at the same time MostBet is nothing really special.

They have a welcome bonus, plenty of casino games, decent sports betting and cricket is covered here as well. Players from India are welcome, and INR are accepted, which is also an advantage. But is there a particular reason to recommend this bookmaker? Not exactly. There’s also no reason not to play here. But since we aren’t entirely sure how trustworthy they are and the bonus requirements are quite strict, we recommend that you take it easy with smaller deposits and some light betting and gambling if you do choose to open an account here.
