Interestingly, Parimatch is a bookmaker that originally hails from the Ukraine, where it was founded all the way back in 1994.
Once the sportsbook launched online, it primarily catered to CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States – which includes Russia, Belarus and Armenia), but they have long since expanded their reach, welcoming players from around the world, including India.
It’s been a while since we last looked at Parimatch in more detail and we are happy to see that they considerably improved their site. You now get a sports welcome bonus, and the available betting markets have increased in number as well. The bookmaker also supplies much more information than in the past, when even a basic FAQ was nowhere to be found.
This makes them now a far better choice of bookmaker for your betting needs for a variety of markets. Of course, there’s also an interesting casino offer available. Every time we return to PariMatch we find them improved, which is great news all around.

Safety and security
Parimatch is operated by PMSport N.V., which is registered and licensed in Curacao. Of course, the Curacao license is not our favourite, but it is a legitimate license and allows sites such as Parimatch to operate legally in many countries. However, we usually judge bookmakers with a Curacao license on their own merit rather than just considering them safe without further investigation.
Indeed, many bookmakers that hold a Curacao license are safe and secure because they adhere to required gambling regulations and have earned their customers trust. At the same time, there is not a single bookmaker out there that makes everyone happy. You will always find complaints from customers, which is also the case for Parimatch. We’ve seen complaints about their customer service, slow payout speeds or account closures that were seemingly unjustified. None of what we’ve seen has been unusual, however. Many other bookmakers receive the same kind of complaints and overall, we’ve found only a handful of complaints about Parimatch, where other receive hundreds of them.
And Parimatch seems to take safety and security seriously enough, even making you verify your status as a human prior to accessing their homepage.
Sportsbook and betting exchange
Parimatch is sportsbook and online casino in equal parts. Our focus is on the sportsbook, of course, but we’re looking at all the gambling products a site has to offer.
The Parimatch sportsbook is divided in a live events and upcoming matches section. This means that you will find plenty of live action here, with markets for sports such as cricket, football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, baseball, ice hockey and motorsports. We’ve checked out their cricket coverage, which offers betting options for live events such as Caribbean Premier League, India Premier League, National ODIs, Twenty20 Blast and more. Depending on the time of year, the availability of events to bet will vary, of course.
Whilst there is a strong focus on live and upcoming events no further than a few days away, there are also odds available for events that are a month in the future. We didn’t find odds for events any further into the future than that, however.
Overall, the coverage of different sports is quite good, though not as vast as that of 1xBet of similar bookmakers.
That said, Parimatch has added a betting exchange and from what we have seen, it seems to be built on the Betfair platform. The primary focus is on cricket betting, whilst there are also options for football, tennis, horses and greyhounds.
Having a betting exchange always adds to the excitement of betting against other players with a better chance of getting the fairest odds possible.
Be sure to check it out as it certainly gives you a layered experience you rarely find in more traditional betting.
Finally, Parimatch offers plenty of esports betting, a ton of virtual sports and greyhound as well as horse racing betting, which is quite unusual for a bookmaker with a smaller range of sports to bet on.
Casino and other gambling products
The casino games are sorted into slots, live casino, TV games and instant games. Table games are sorted into the slots section, mind you. Here players from India will find Andar Bahar, Satta Matka, Teen Patti and other fun games geared towards the Indian audience.
Since we last looked at Parimatch they have vastly expanded their library of games, now working with nearly a hundred providers that supply games to the library, which includes NetEnt, Red Tiger, Quickspin, Fugaso, Habanero, Play’n GO and a few others. This means you’ll find hundreds of excellent games here, which are sure to provide plenty of fun.
The live casino section is extensive. You will find several dozen popular table games here, which include roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and more.
The instant games section looks also like there are some fun games here, though you might want to skip the TV games for the live casino games instead.
Whilst Parimatch is not a full-service provider, lacking a poker room in particular, their suite of games and their sportsbook provide plenty of variety for most casual punters and gamblers.
Welcome bonuses and other promotions
Parimatch currently offers a sports and a casino welcome bonus. New customers at this Indian betting site will be able to claim a 150% deposit bonus on their first deposit and up to INR 20,000. The minimum required deposit to claim this bonus is INR 300. Customers who wish to be able to withdraw the bonus or winnings from it, must wager the bonus fund 8x on odds of 1.75 times or above. Apparently, this needs to be completed within 7 days, which is difficult to achieve and the main disadvantage with this bonus.
Additionally, new customers can opt to get the casino welcome bonus instead, which offers up to INR 105,000 and can only be used for casino gambling. With this bonus, there is a minimum deposit of INR 350 required and the bonus funds must be wagered 30x within 30 days. This is quite reasonable and a good alternative if you do not wish to use the sports bonus.
In this area, Parimatch keeps improving as well. In the past, fewer promotions were available, but we have seen a few promotions even for the cricket, tennis, football or casino bonuses such as a 10% cashback offer on live casino games.
Whilst the options are not as bountiful as elsewhere, you should find something here to make betting at Parimatch more enjoyable and get an extra incentive.
24/7 Customer Service
Parimatch offers their customer service around the clock. You can contact the team via online chat, Telegram, WhatsApp or email. Whilst the live chat agents are certainly friendly and trying to help, they are not always great at it. Responses can be slow, and replies are not always satisfactory.
Somehow, the customer service via WhatsApp seems to be more efficient.
Thankfully, Parimatch has also improved the overall available content, offering several pages of useful information and thorough terms and conditions, which you can peruse prior to contacting the customer service team. There are also a few ‘How to’ articles, which are useful.
Banking at Parimatch
Under the Help section at the bottom of the screen, customers can find a link for deposits and withdrawals. Whilst that is welcome, you will only be able to access either link after you have signed up for an account. That is unfortunate and we would have liked to see more details here without having to login to an account.
However, scrolling down to the bottom of the homepage, available payment methods are listed with their logos, which include UPI payments, SBI, ICICI, cash, Visa, Mastercard, PayTM, RuPay and a few other convenient options for customers from India who wish to deposit in INR.
Whilst we don’t know whether any fees apply to transactions, the terms and conditions tells us that there are withdrawal limits of €/RUB/UAH 80,000 per day. Whilst it is unclear whether the withdrawal limit for INR is also 80,000 or the currency equivalent of € 80,000, we are certain that there is a limit, regardless of how much it might be.
Do keep in mind that you will have to go through the KYC process eventually. A separate page of Parimatch’s policy is available on the homepage and should provide all the information you might need. We generally recommend that you have your ID verified prior to making your first withdrawal request.
Software, design and mobile play
The Parimatch homepage is easy to navigate, well-organised and quite modern without being gimmicky or flashy. The sportsbook comes in a pleasing design and classic layout, though things can feel a little cluttered on smaller screens.
We do overall enjoyed the experience of navigating around the sportsbook and casino and the main menu gets you around to the different areas, whilst there is also a foldaway menu, which provides a few additional links to the promotions or FAQs as well as to all the other sections of the site.
Whilst the homepage is fully mobile compatible, Parimatch India also offer a separate mobile app for sports betting and casino gambling. The app is available for Android and iOS and can be downloaded directly from the website. It is great to use, lacks no functionality in comparison to the homepage and it is available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu and Marathi, which is awesome.
Verdict: A great online betting site that has room to grow but is excellent already
When we first came across Parimatch India, we weren’t super impressed. Customers were unable to make deposits in INR, there was no sports welcome bonus, and the website only provided the absolute necessary, lacking in design and offering few details such as banking information, FAQs or even terms and conditions.
All of that has changed now. We may find the bonus conditions a little tough to achieve, but that’s better than no bonus and the casino welcome bonus is also a decent alternative. The sportsbook offers plenty of live action and places a strong focus on favourite Indian sports such as cricket. Additionally, there are plenty of Indian games available at the casino, which provides quality entertainment as well.
Sure, we wouldn’t mind seeing more sports covered, but we do get horse racing betting here, which is rare enough.
The only real complaint we have is the lack of free bets in the bonus section and that some information is only available once an account was created. Otherwise we can easily recommend Parimatch India as a solid betting site for customers from India.
